Which home is right for us?

High Desert Haven sleeps 10 with four private suites, a game room and a hot tub. Downtown Hub sleeps 4, is a short walk from downtown and has a fenced yard.

Are pets allowed?

Downtown Hub is dog friendly, with no pet fee or deposit and a fully fenced yard. Dogs should not be left alone in the home unless they are crated, and guests clean up after them. High Desert Haven does not allow pets. Service dogs that are trained to do work or tasks for a person with a disability are welcome at both homes. If one will be traveling with you, tell us in your booking request. We will ask only whether the dog is needed because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to do.

What are the Eagle Crest guest passes?

A stay at High Desert Haven includes guest passes to all 3 Eagle Crest recreation centers, which have indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts and workout facilities.

What time are check-in and checkout?

High Desert Haven: check-in after 4:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM. Downtown Hub: check-in after 3:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM.

Is there a minimum stay?

How soon can I book?

Every home needs at least 24 hours notice before check-in. A request is not a booking until Holli confirms it, and nothing is booked automatically.
